Queens Park Rangers 1 - 1 Everton

Everton started brightly and took the lead on 30 minutes, with Drenthe producing a great finish to arrow a shot past Paddy Kenny.
Before that the Toffees had gone close to an early goal as Tim Cahill's shot on the turn rattled the woodwork.
Everton's lead was short-lived as the home side levelled terms through Zamora on 36 minutes. The former Fulham man got his head onto the end of Akos Buzsaky's excellent free kick to nod the ball past Tim Howard.
With half time fast approaching QPR went within a whisker of claiming the lead, Adil Taarabt hitting the post before Zamora pulled the ball back from the rebound for Buzsaky, the Hungarian slamming the ball against the upright from close range.
The second half didn't live up to the first 45 minutes with both sides creating no more than half chances.
The best fell to Morouane Fellaini, the Belgian firing wide shortly after the break. Otherwise Nikica Jelavic headed straight at Kenny, while Shaun Derry's drive from 12 yards didn't call Howard into action.
QPR will feel they missed a chance with Wigan and Bolton losing and Blackburn drawing. Everton, meanwhile, would perhaps have been have hoping for maximum points against out-of-form Rangers.
